Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of EduOrbex ("the Service"), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
EduOrbex offers audio-first UPSC preparation content in the form of karaoke-style songs, synced lyrics, and related study aids, delivered via the eduorbex.com website and the EduOrbex Android application.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Web subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. In-app subscriptions on Android are billed by Google Play. Both auto-renew unless cancelled.
- You may cancel a web subscription from your Razorpay subscription link at any time; you may cancel a Play subscription from your Google Play account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by default, refund the current billing period — see the Refund Policy.
3. Permitted use
- Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial study only.
- You may not download, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform any audio, lyric, or image asset from the Service.
- You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content.
- You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, license checks, or DRM.
4. Intellectual property
All lyric compositions on the Service are original works owned by EduOrbex. Audio is generated under a Suno commercial licence and is owned or licensed by EduOrbex. Underlying factual content is drawn from publicly available sources (NCERT, upsc.gov.in, standard preparation books) and is cited where used. Nothing on the Service transfers ownership of any content to you.
5. No guarantee of exam outcomes
The Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using it will produce any particular result in the UPSC Civil Services Examination or any other examination. Preparation strategy, effort, and current syllabus updates are your responsibility.
6. Fact accuracy
We take reasonable steps to verify facts, but preparation content of this scale is not immune to error. Report any factual mistake to support@eduorbex.com — we treat these as high-priority tickets.
7. Third-party services and links
The Service depends on third-party providers (Razorpay, Google Play Billing, Cloudflare, Backblaze, Plausible). We are not responsible for those services' availability or acts. Any outbound links are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to defraud or exploit the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; unused portions of a paid period may be refunded at our discretion per the Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduOrbex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify features, prices, or content at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced by email and on this page at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, unless applicable consumer law grants you a different forum.
